Marvin D. Burkett

Marv Burkett joined the Entegris board of directors in May 2010. He currently serves as a senior advisor to NVIDIA Corporation, where he previously served as chief financial officer (CFO) from 2002 until February 2009. He served as executive vice president and CFO of Packard Bell NEC from 1998 to 1999. He previously spent 26 years at Advanced Micro Devices, where he held a variety of positions including CFO, senior vice president, and corporate controller.
