Roger D. McDaniel

Roger McDaniel has been a board member for Entegris since August 1999 and has previously served as Chairman of the Board for the company. Currently retired, he was president and chief executive officer of IPEC, Inc., from 1997 to 1999, and chief executive officer and director of MEMC from 1989 to 1997. Mr. McDaniel is a former director and board chairman of the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) organization. He currently serves on the board of directors of Veeco Instruments.
