Fluid Handling
Though pure when delivered, chemicals may be contaminated by process components while transported to and through the process. Liquid Filtration
With over 40 years of filtration experience, Entegris’ all-Teflon® lab scale filters offer six different media selections and a choice of fitting options. High-purity PFA containers deliver safety and purity as you handle corrosive and hazardous chemicals from storage and transport to point-of-use in lab scale, utilities and packaging processes. Gas Filtration
