Bertrand Loy
Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
Bertrand Loy is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Entegris. Since January 2001 and prior to the merger, Loy was the Chief Financial Officer of Mykrolis Corporation. He previously served at Millipore as the Chief Information Officer from early 1999 to late 2000, and from 1995 to 1999 as the company's controller and manufacturing manager for its Laboratory Water Division. Loy worked for Sandoz Pharmaceuticals (Novartis) from 1989 to 1995 in a variety of financial, audit and strategic planning positions in Europe, Latin America and Japan. Mr. Loy holds a master's in business administration (MBA) from ESSEC in Paris, France.
