Materials:	Membrane: Patented nondewetting PTFE packaged in ultrapure DI water
	Supports: PFA pleat supports, sleeve and end caps

	ATX 10”: 13000 cm² (14.0 ft²)

Maximum operating conditions:	Maximum forward differential pressure: 0.45 MPa (4.5 bar, 65 PSID) at 25°C; 0.0517 MPa (0.517 bar, 7.5 PSID) at 150°C
	Maximum reverse differential pressure: 0.34 MPa (3.4 bar, 50 PSID) at 25°C
	Maximum operating temperature: 150°C (302°F) at 0.5 bar (7.5 PSI)
Cleanliness:	<25 particles/L >0.5 μm after 17-minute water flush at 12 L/min.
TOC recovery:	TOC recovery within 10 ppb (part-per-billion) of feed after a 120-liter water flush at 1 L/min.
	Resistivity recovery within 0.5 mega-ohm of feed after a 120-liter water flush at 1 L/min.
