Rinsegard HP Filter Family

Simultaneously remove trace ions and particles from high-purity DI water while optimizing wafer and semiconductor quality
 
  • Removes trace metallic ions, even from ultrapure water
  • Hydrophilic, patented UPE membrane eliminates the need for prewetting or flushing
