Fluid Handling Components

Entegris offers a complete line of PFA high-purity fluid handling components, including: valves, fittings, tubing and pipe in 1/4" to 2" sizes. Regardless of fluid handling application, Entegris can provide a fully characterized product that meets your temperature, pressure, flow, size, configuration and installation specifications.


Valves Designed for use with high-purity corrosive chemicals
	High Cv flows, capable of carrying large volumes of chemical with minimal pressure drop All wetted surfaces are PFA and PTFE for high-purity chemical applications High flow rate with a small footprint

Fittings Designed for high viscosity chemistries and large volume flows
	All wetted components are PFA with broad chemical compatibility Leak-free performances with minimum dead volume for ultrapure fluid applications Save valuable space in your system with a "SpaceSaver" connection

Tubing and Pipe Designed for use in high-purity process equipment as well as bulk chemical delivery applications
