For ease of installation and fast change-out, Entegris offers point-of-use solutions encompassing filter cartridge housings and manifolds. Entegris' filter cartridge housings meet the highest standards of process fluid purity. These housing products pass a stringent leak test and are design for filters of all sizes and specs. We are the single source for all your housing needs. To address your need for space saving solutions, we provide Chemlock™ PFA housings that lock the cartridge into the bowl, allowing the bowl and cartridge to be removed as a single unit. Our smooth-walled, metal-free Chemgard™ housings are solutions ideally suited for critical applications. They are available in a variety of materials to suit your specific manufacturing needs. Our Chemgard™ polypropylene housings are economical solutions for less critical processes and water CMP. For DI water and other less aggressive chemical applications, we offer Chemgard™ PVDF housings with durability for long service life in demanding production environments. Our stainless steel filter housings, available in different sizes, are designed for flexibility and compatibility for applications that involve flammable liquids. Solaris® manifolds, which holds Solaris® filters through mounting, are designed for low-flow point-of-use in CMP applications. Optimizer® and Impact® manifolds hold filters through clipping for point-of-use in photolithography applications.
