 Filter and gasket: Sintered 316L stainless steel filter media welded to 316L stainless gasket

Retainer: 316L stainless steel
Particle retention:
 Greater than 90% removal of all particles larger than 1.0 μm diameter at flow rates up to 30 SLPM
Operating conditions:
 Maximum differential pressure: P1 (face through filter): 9.4 MPa (94 bar, 1350 PSID) P2 (filter through face): 6.7 MPa (67 bar, 960 PSID)

Maximum operating temperature: 400°C (752°F) [inert gas]

Rated flow: 30 SLPM P1 P2
