Liquid Degassification The pHasor II membrane contactor is an ideal solution for removing dissolved gases and bubbles from water and chemicals where absolute purity is required. The all-PFA construction and special cleaning process assures contaminant free degassification with corrosive chemistries and gases.
Bubble-free Dissolved Gases The pHasor II membrane contactor uses a unique gas permeable membrane with a very high water intrusion pressure, which permits gas to rapidly dissolve into a liquid stream while preventing liquid water from permeating across the membrane. The large membrane surface area enables excellent gas transfer efficiency, which rapidly produces high concentrations of buble-free dissolved gas in the process liquids.
Excellent Performance in a Safe, Clean and Compact Design Safety and compatibility are ensured by the fully bonded PFA construction. The all-PFA shell provides excellent chemical compatibility and ensures chemical cleanliness. The PFA hollow fiber membrane provides quick response during system startup and deleivers dissovled gas concentrations with low pressure drop over the fluid paths. Liquid low on the shell side of the device prevents the development of a boundry layer at the fiber surface, maximizing efficiency. The small footprint saves valuable tool space and provides easy installation.
