For 50 years, Entegris has been a provider of critical products and materials used in advanced high-technology manufacturing. These products and materials are often used to make the building blocks of many of the world's most complex microelectronic products, such as computers, mobile devices and phones, data storage components, televisions and monitors, and automobiles.
Panel thickness must be within 0.10" (2.5 mm) to 0.25" (6.4 mm). To panel mount, the handle must be removed. Remove the screw holding the handle in place. Remove the handle. To install valve, remove the panel mount nut and insert valve into the panel. Thread the panel mount nut onto the valve and tighten nut to 40 inch•lbs (4.5N•m) torque, or 1/8-turn beyond hand tight. Reinstall handle. Be careful not to over tighten handle screw.

Actuation cycle life:
5,000 cycles at 100 psig (689 kPa), ambient temperature. Not recommended for frequent actuation at elevated temperature.
All wetted parts are PFA and PTFE. Additional materials used for nonwetted parts include PVDF, PEEK™ and PTFE u-cup with Viton® energizer.
