We are focused on emissions reduction strategies and decreasing this consumption to lessen our environmental footprint.

Reduce absolute greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 42%.

Reducing our water usage


The nature of the products we develop can consume a significant amount of water during production, which is why we are focused on reducing this consumption and the impact it has on our planet.

Goal:
Decrease water usage per Entegris revenue dollar by more than 50%.

Our operations globally use different types of materials that contribute to waste. We are committed to a company-wide objective to reduce our waste-to-landfill intensity.
