Entegris' Investment in Advanced Manufacturing for Leading Edge Technology
Between now and 2030, the semiconductor industry is anticipated to double to $1T, fueled by leading-edge technology to support the ever-growing needs of the data economy with advanced manufacturing. The materials supply chain must therefore accommodate significant increases in demand. By investing in the Colorado Springs Manufacturing Center of Excellence, Entegris is committing to innovation and investment in leading-edge manufacturing that will position Entegris and our customers for success. With the support of local, state, and federal government, we’ll be able to secure the domestic semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, ensuring that a piece of that $1T market stays within our shores.
Expands Support to Strategic Customers in the U.S.
Initial commercial operation is targeted to begin in 2025. Entegris expects to invest ~$600 million over several years, with the initial 130,000-square-foot facility supporting our Microcontamination Control and Advanced Materials Handling divisions.

This facility will support the community with the potential to create ~600 high-quality jobs over several years, doubling our local presence.
