Entegris today announced the release of its latest Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report covering its fiscal year 2025, titled Innovation with Impact: Forging Resiliency. The report outlines the company’s progress advancing its CSR strategy which is focused on delivering long-term value for customers, employees, investors, and communities.
“As a trusted partner to the world’s leading semiconductor innovators, Entegris is well positioned to succeed amid growing technological complexity,” said David Reeder, President and Chief Executive Officer. “Our commitments align closely with stakeholder expectations and are embedded into our overall corporate strategy. I am energized by the momentum we are building and confident in the lasting impact we will achieve.”
Entegris’ CSR program is organized around four pillars: Innovation, Safety, Personal Development and Inclusion, and Sustainability that are supported by 2030 goals. In 2025, Entegris reported meaningful progress across these focus areas, including the launch of its Entegris Digital Innovation Platform to accelerate product development. Entegris also strengthened its safety culture through strong employee participation in proactive initiatives. The company continues to invest in STEM talent and career development and improve resource efficiency by reducing scope 1 and 2 emissions, water usage and landfill waste vs. 2020 baseline.
The company’s reporting approach follows the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) standards and aims to further align with the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD).
