FlareLock II Fitting Design
The patented FlareLock II fitting design (-II) combines the gripping power of a grooved tube, the security of a locking ferrule mechanism and the compact, leak-free design of the Flaretek fitting body. The fitting body, split locking ring and nut are all PFA material. A specific FlareLock II fitting groove tool is also available.

Dimensions are the same regardless of body material (PVDF or ECTFE) or nut material (PVDF, PFA, CPFA or FlareLock II).

Notes:
- Contact Entegris if “SpaceSaver” port connections are to be used in media containing a fluorinated surfactant.
- These valves are not field repairable. Contact Entegris for repair information.
Panel Mount Instructions
- Panel thickness must be within 0.12" (3.0 mm) to 0.38" (9.6 mm).
- Place the valve fully in the closed position and remove the two handle screws.
- Remove the handle, taking care not to disturb the red indicator position.
- To install the valve, remove the panel mount nut and insert the valve into the panel.
- Thread the panel mount onto the valve. Again, take care not to disturb the red indicator position.
- Screw the handle onto the valve.
- After installing on panel, tighten panel mounting nut 40 inch•lbs (4.5 N•m) torque, or 1/8-turn beyond hand tight.
