President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member
David Reeder
BACKGROUND
Mr. Reeder became president and CEO of Entegris in August 2025, having served as a member of our board of directors since March 2024. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, including in the semiconductor industry across IDMs, fabless, foundry, systems, and component companies, Mr. Reeder brings a unique combination of financial and operational leadership experience to Entegris. Most recently, Mr. Reeder served as Chief Financial Officer at Chewy, Inc., a supplier of pet products and services, from February 2024 until July 2025. Prior to that, from August 2020 until February 2024, he served as Chief Financial Officer of GlobalFoundries Inc. (GFS), a semiconductor manufacturing company, where he oversaw the company’s initial public offering in 2021. At GFS, he oversaw critical functions including operations, supply chain, procurement, and IT.
From 2017 until 2020, Mr. Reeder served as Chief Executive Officer of Tower Hill Insurance Group. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, he worked at Lexmark International Inc., including as their President and Chief Executive Officer and as their Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Reeder has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Electronics for Imaging, Inc. and has held executive roles at Cisco, Broadcom, and Texas Instruments Incorporated.
In addition to serving as a director on the board of directors of Entegris, Inc. since March 2024, he has served on the board of directors of Alphawave Semi since September 2023.
Mr. Reeder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.
QUALIFICATIONS
Mr. Reeder brings to the Board more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the semiconductor and technology industries, including insight into capital allocation, financial, and operational strategies as the Company continues to scale. In addition to his industry-level perspectives, he possesses deep finance and accounting expertise, including direct involvement in and supervision of the preparation and certification of financial statements as a public company chief financial officer. Based on his experience, Mr. Reeder also provides strategic guidance on customer engagement, technology roadmaps, product development, operational excellence, and supply chain management.
