Brad A. Clay
Brad joined Entegris in November 2025, as senior vice president, global operations, supply chain, and quality. With over 25 years of experience in multinational companies, Brad brings strategic and operational expertise, with a proven track record in optimizing manufacturing operations across supply chain, procurement, environmental health and safety, and sales and operational planning. He has led global teams throughout his career and has successfully leveraged digital tools to drive process efficiency and business growth.
Prior to Entegris, Brad was senior vice president and chief digital and information officer at GlobalFoundaries, Inc. (GFS) where he introduced AI-driven productivity tools which enhanced manufacturing and operational processes. He also helped to modernize the company’s digital manufacturing infrastructure, reinforcing its cybersecurity posture.
Prior to GFS, Brad spent 19 years at Lexmark International, Inc. in roles including chief information officer, chief financial officer (North America), and senior vice president of strategic planning. Among his many accomplishments there, he led the company’s shift to a technology services model, launched Transformation as a Service (TaaS), and oversaw software M&A integrations.
Brad holds a master’s in managerial economics from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s in engineering/computer science from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
