Board Member
David Reeder
BACKGROUND
Mr. Reeder is an executive with extensive experience leading global semiconductor and technology companies. Since February 2024, he has served as the chief financial officer of Chewy, Inc. Prior to that, from August 2020 until February 2024, he served as chief financial officer of GlobalFoundries Inc. where he oversaw the company’s initial public offering in 2021. From 2017 until 2020, Mr. Reeder served as chief executive officer of Tower Hill Insurance Group. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, he worked at Lexmark International Inc., including as their president and chief executive officer and as their chief financial officer. Mr. Reeder has also served as chief financial officer of Electronics for Imaging, Inc. and has held executive roles at Cisco Systems, Inc., Broadcom Inc., and Texas Instruments Incorporated.
Mr. Reeder has served on the board of directors of Alphawave IP Group plc since September 2023 and was previously a member of the board of directors Milacron Holdings Corp from 2017 until November 2019. Mr. Reeder holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Arkansas, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University.
QUALIFICATIONS
Mr. Reeder brings to the board more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the semiconductor and technology industries. He possesses deep finance and accounting expertise, including direct involvement in and supervision of the preparation and certification of financial statements. Through his experience at GlobalFoundries, Broadcom, and Texas Instruments, Mr. Reeder brings to the board a wealth of experiences and insight into the financial, strategic, and operations of leading semiconductor companies and how Entegris can develop and grow relationships with its customers.
