Sukhi Nagesh
Sukhi Nagesh joined Entegris in May 2026 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, he is responsible for leading the company’s global finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations, capital allocation, and corporate development while supporting Entegris’ long term growth strategy.
Sukhi is a seasoned finance and strategy executive with nearly 30 years of experience across the technology and semiconductor industries. He has a track record of driving financial discipline, supporting operational execution, and leading complex capital markets and strategic transactions in global environments.
Prior to joining Entegris, Sukhi held senior finance and strategy leadership roles at Nielsen, GlobalFoundries, and Marvell Technology Group. Across these roles, he played a key role in high impact mergers and acquisitions, successful initial public offerings, and the execution of strategies to support growth, profitability, and scale.
Earlier in his career, Sukhi worked as a semiconductor research analyst on Wall Street at Deutsche Bank and SG Cowen, where he covered leading semiconductor companies and technologies. Sukhi’s work in field applications engineering and product marketing at Applied Materials, Brooks Automation, and Asyst Technologies continues to inform his approach to finance leadership.
Sukhi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University, a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
