Ethics and Compliance Program
The Entegris PACE Values promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and trust throughout the company alongside our Ethics and Compliance Program.
Our Ethics and Compliance team develops and implements global programs. These programs not only assess compliance risks and set standards and policies, but also monitor, audit, and investigate compliance-related issues.
Policies and Procedures
Our Code of Business Ethics and compliance policies and procedures form the basis of our Ethics and Compliance program.
The Entegris Code of Business Ethics ("Code") is designed to help us all uphold our tradition of accountability, integrity, and trust by providing practical guidance on common ethical issues. It also explains Entegris’ position on situations that may arise.
Third Party Risk Management
Entegris requires the responsible engagement of third parties, including appropriate diligence and compliance controls, via our Business Partner Risk Management Policy.
Monitor and Audit
Entegris is committed to conducting self-assessments that ensure that our Code, our policies, and our procedures are appropriately enforced throughout the organization. We permit third-party auditing as arranged by the Responsible Business Alliance.
Investigate and Enforce
Entegris is committed to investigating any alleged violations of our Code and policies to ensure compliance with these policies and procedures are appropriately enforced throughout the organization.
Statement on Animal Testing
In our research, Entegris is committed to minimizing the use of animal testing, which is rarely relied on or required in the development of our products. When testing is required by law or regulations and when all other options have been exhausted, our policy is to prioritize referencing historical third-party data, and if not available, utilize accredited third-party labs (AAALAC1 or equivalent).
Governance and Oversight
Entegris' Compliance Program is led by Joseph Colella, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary. Joe leads a team of compliance professionals who partner with cross functional teams to drive the Company's compliance program. Joe provides oversight for ethical issues and regularly updates the board of directors' Audit and Finance Committee who provide additional oversight of the company's Ethics and Compliance program.
ENTEGRITY (speak up) channels
Entegris is committed to a fair and ethical workplace, consistent with our corporate values. All employees have access to whistleblowing mechanisms to get advice and report suspected cases of misconduct – anonymously if preferred. Employees who use these mechanisms in good faith are offered whistleblower protection against retaliation.
ENTEGRITY Hotline
The anonymous ENTEGRITY Hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week in all local languages where we operate. Trained specialists from an independent third-party provider of corporate compliance services will answer calls, document concerns, and forward written reports to our compliance officer for investigation.
