Our Life Sciences Technology Center is your gateway to cutting-edge freeze/thaw technology and support. We provide everything needed to make educated decisions about what freezing process and products best fit your needs.
Entegris, a world-class supplier of advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor industry, brings over 50 years of contamination control expertise and supply chain strength to life sciences customers around the world. Our technologies help improve purity and yield in a wide range of pharmaceutical applications including COVID-19 vaccine manufacturing.
Aramus™ 2D single-use bags provide high purity, exceptional compatibility, and increased safety for critical process fluids and final products. These robust products are now available in custom shapes, sizes, and assembly configurations to optimize your process.
Many C> treatments such as CAR-T and mRNA vaccines require repeated freezing and thawing during production, storage, and delivery. Aramus™ single-use assemblies are ideal for protecting and optimizing the cold-chain freeze/thaw processes for these precious treatments. Our 2D bag material selection, designs, and secondary protective shells, along with our Aramus assemblies can substantially reduce the risks associated with cell and gene therapy storage and transport.
High-density cell banking intensifies the upstream process by providing a much larger volume of highly concentrated cells to start a production run. This process can shorten seed train by several weeks. HDCB allows high cell concentrations in larger volumes to be stored at -80°C (-112°F) for limited periods or in liquid nitrogen vapor for extended periods.
Our single-use solutions are customizable to fit into any bioprocess including cell growth, separation, mixing, and storage. We combine product innovation and quick-turn response to deliver critical solutions for your upstream and downstream operations.
Aramus Shaped 2D Bags are a key component of cold-chain shipping and storage for BDS, API or C> products. While decentralized processes increase the risks, we can help you manage them. Whether you need -80C or -196C, we can build bag assemblies and secondary containers that meets your most challenging need.
