This year, Entegris will be sharing our newest products and accompanying research related to particle characterization. Our investments in research and development have allowed us to miniaturize equipment for sampling and analyzing particles in suspension. This allows users in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food and beverage industries to optimize the quality and performance of their vital process fluids.
