Applications
Guardian PS UC liquid filters are ideal in point-of-tool applications involving:
- Dilute acid process chemicals such as BOE and DHF
- Dilute base process chemicals such as NH4OH and TMAH
- DI water
- Low-temperature processes (<70°C)
