CR and CH Series Valves

High-purity CR and CH Series valves are ideal for handling wet etch and clean process chemicals. The compact valves are reliable in corrosive chemical environments and excel in low- to medium-flow applications.

With a footprint that is smaller than most comparable valves, our valves offer reliable performance and easy serviceability in high-purity, corrosive chemical applications. With no exposed metal hardware, the valve is completely sealed and protected from harsh chemical environments. The high-temperature version is rated to 200°C fluid. Available in a number of 1/4" and 1/2", 2-way and 3-way, manual and pneumatic configurations to meet all of your fluid system needs.

CR4 Series Valves

CH8 Series High-Temperature Valves

Our 1/2" CH8 Series valves are capable of handling media temperatures to 200°C. With no exposed metal hardware, the valve is completely sealed and protected from harsh chemical environments. 
CRE4 Series Valves

Our CRE4 Series valves are available for high-purity chemical handling in line sizes 3/8" and smaller. Our pneumatic normally closed tube valve has a compact, modular design that enables manifold customization.
CRE8 Series Valves

Our CRE8 Series valves are available for low- to medium-flow (1.8 – 3.4 Cv) corrosive chemical and ultrapure solvent applications. The pneumatic 2-way valve has a compact, modular design that enables manifold customization.
