All-polypropylene media for broad process fluid compatibility and appropriate particle removal performance for pigment dispersed color resist.
Self-contained, compact unit requires no tool to change filter, providing rapid filter change-out of less than one minute.
Unique connection design ensures rapid startup with minimal exposure to process chemicals for a safer filter change.
Minimal hold-up volume decreases chemical waste at changeout.
