Brian F. Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan is a proven entrepreneur and executive with significant experience founding and leading companies across the high technology and life sciences industries. He has served as chair and CEO of Celcuity Inc., a biotechnology company he co-founded, since 2012. He was chair and CEO of SterilMed, Inc., a medical device reprocessing company, from 2003 until he retired from that company in 2011 in conjunction with its sale to Johnson & Johnson. He co-founded Recovery Engineering, Inc., a water treatment systems company, in 1986, and was its chair and chief executive officer until it was sold in 1999 to Proctor & Gamble Co.
Mr. Sullivan served as a member of the board of directors of Virtual Radiologic Corporation from 2008 until that company was sold in 2010 and has been a director for Celcuity Inc. since 2012. He also serves as a director of several private companies and non-profit organizations.
Mr. Sullivan holds an A.B. degree from Harvard University.
